Our aim is for the entire world to experience our amazing boots! Here at ugg-mall we are serious about selling real Ugg boots at great prices to people all over the globe. Our product is hand made in China using 100% natural sheepskin which is tanned in our own tannery. We have been working with sheepskin since the 70's and only recently has the world found out about these great Australian boots. We take our product and service very seriously and try to make the experience a relaxed and enjoyable one...the true Australian way. We have a fantastic new warehouse which stocks all our products and a dedicated team to customer service and order management, to ensure you get your boots in a timely manner.

Each day a couple of different vans will pull into Urban Ugg HQ and collect bags full of orders to send to customers all over the world who are keen on getting their ugg boots on their cold little feet. We send your ugg boots in satchels to reduce the physical size of the parcel to minimise the cost involved in shipping to you and also include a free ugg-mall drawstring bag to keep your uggs warm.

So here is our vision:

One day, 30% of all retail transactions will be online.
